Going to Braces and Smiles was one of the best decisions I made in terms of orthodontic care. They realigned my teeth and fixed my overbite with ease. Dr. Lee is an amazing orthodontist and truly knows what he's doing. I was always informed, updated, and reassured throughout my time here. The staff here speaks for themselves — they are so accomodating and kind and friendly!!! Amazing!!!!! Everyone here is brilliant and wants the best for you throughout. Scheduling was easy, and flexible, and the wait time was always short, especially if you come early. Very affordable, too!! There is not one thing I would change in coming here, and I'd recommend this place, and Dr. Lee, to everyone.

The only Orthodontist I’ll ever recommend.
My treatment lasted for about a year and a half and I have never had an issue with the treatment nor the staff. The overall cost was so much cheaper compared to a few other places I visited for consultations. Dr. Lee is amazing and his staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, safe and most importantly not awkward (considering your mouth is open half the time lol). The staff are always cheerful and welcoming. They explain step by step what they are doing while they are doing it. Dr. Lee is attentive and keeps you updated on how treatment is going. The environment is always clean and tidy, including the bathroom. Wait time is usually 2 minutes to none. I have no complaints. My teeth went from extremely bad to straight and aligned. I now have an even prettier smile than before and I’m beaming with confidence thanks to Dr. Lee and his absolutely wonderful team.

Staff are very kind and welcoming. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes for any of my appointments. Scheduling is easy and the facility is clean. Staff were transparent about my treatment cost and my treatment plan. I got my braces off last week and I’m very pleased with the results. Overall an excellent experience. 10/10 Would recommend Braces and Smiles

Wonderful experience! I am overjoyed with the results!! I had braces for 15 months and recently got them off and I couldn't be happier. The staff has by far the best customer-service! Absolutely amazing! Everyone at the office is extremely friendly from the moment you walk in. They were always very accommodating about changing appointments or squeezing me in when I broke attachments. They worked with me to figure out a generous pricing since I didn’t have insurance. 1.5 years of Invisalign later and my teeth are straight and my overbite is fixed!! I couldn’t be happier and I’m really glad I chose Braces and Smiles.

As somebody who has been to two different orthodontists looking for the right place to get braces this place had me sold. From the moment I walked in the staff was very welcoming and friendly which is very important. Throughout my experience everyone was very helpful and thoroughly explained the process the whole way. My daughter love the work Braces and Smiles did on her teeth so much, she did not want to take her braces off when it was time to do so. Her teeth came out so beautiful. Just finished treatment with Dr. Brian Lee and his team, and it was such a wonderful experience! From the front desk to his assistants and Dr. Lee himself, everyone was extremely welcoming and accommodating of any requests or concerns that I had throughout my procedure. Initially I had concerns that my treatment would be delayed due to being away for school, but Dr. Lee's team was very flexible in terms of scheduling appointments to make sure I completed treatment in a timely manner. I cannot recommend this place enough, I was hesitant to get braces again after a botched experience with another ortho, but I'm glad that I chose to straighten my teeth with Dr. Lee. They truly gave me a whole new smile!

My daughter's experience with Braces and Smiles was beyond my expectations. They were like family throughout and after the whole process. Any questions or concerns I may have had were addressed right away, which meant a lot. My daughter is so happy, her teeth turned out great. I definitely have to give the front desk staff a shout out, they definitely get the job done. They are very informative and sufficient with making or rescheduling appointments. In-Love with the customer service. After going through a few dentists and orthodontist consultations, this one has been by far the best one yet. Just a tad bit over my price range for the entire pay plan for my braces but I went for it just because of how fast they take care of me and the wait time is zero to none. Great availability in appointments. They explain everything you need to know about what they are doing, and did not get frustrated with me being a little over the top lol. I will recommend to others in need of braces. I can’t wait for my journey and will post my results before and after . So far my teeth has been looking better after 2 appointments of tightening and I am more confident with my smile. I have not been disappointed as of yet .😁

I totally loved it here! The ambiance & environment are absolutely friendly & positive! The staff are incredibly lovely -- they sure don't hesitate to put a smile on your face! The place was incredibly clean & organized! Doctor Lee himself is incredibly patient & there was never any unwanted waiting time to see him! I really appreciated the custom birthday card they delivered! It was a really nice thought & I was very thankful for it! Throughout my 3 years with braces, never once did I have any complaints about anyone here! If I had to, I'd choose to go here all over again! Honestly, I couldn't be happier with my treatment. Dr. Lee and his entire staff were a pleasure to see at every one of my appointments. Their professional manner, extremely clean and organized environment, and super smooth process made my experience beyond pleasant. No waits or delays for appointments, always very sweet and attentive, always readily available if anything went wrong or if I needed something fixed. I could go on! Oh not to mention that the staff even wrote and mailed me a personalized birthday card for my birthday and drew me and my helmet on it!! (I would bike to my office visits). Ive raved about them so much that one of my friends, and now my little cousin are getting treatment at Braces & Smiles. BIG shout out to the staff and Dr. Lee for making this experience so memorable and smooth! Highly recommend, and would choose B&S all over again if I had to!

I recommended Braces & Smiles to all my friends and family. My son had his braces taken off last week after wearing them for 2 years. And every time we come to the office, everyone from the front desk, to the back and Dr. Lee have been AMAZING! I love the atmosphere vibe and all the energy in that office. They know your name and greet you with a smile each time. Professional from day 1!! I'm actually sad that we won't be coming back every 4-6 weeks for a tune up. I think I'll need to save up to come back myself for some invisalign 🙂 THANK YOU for making it a great experience for my son and myself!!

I had two consultations before coming to Braces and Smiles. After I consulted with Dr. Lee, I decided to get Invisalign done with him because he took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. One year later, I got my attachments removed today. Thanks to Dr. Lee and the staff, I was able to get the results I wanted. Dr. Lee and the staff were amazing, and they did a great job. I highly recommend Braces and Smiles.

Sadly I was only here for 7 months out of my braces journey, but they are amazing and everyone is very nice! They try to remember everyone’s name and make your experience as best as possible. Would definitely recommend going here if you are looking for a new/old orthodontist and/or looking to use Invisalign!

Everyone in the office is always very friendly and welcoming. I was a bit apprehensive at first because a lot of the work is performed by technicians under the guidance of Dr. Lee, but I really can't imagine how things could have gone any better. I had an amazing experience at Braces and Smiles for my entire orthodontic treatment. First of all, the ambiance is very clean and modern. The staff are so wonderful and are always so welcoming and nice the moment you walk in that door. They are so easy to reach because they always respond to your phone calls. Our experience with you all was great it was a long journey with covid but it was worth it. My daughter had a wonderful time with the entire staff everyone was so patience and helpful Dr. Lee saw us every visit let us know how we were doing and the appointment times was so convenient they really work around our schedule. I started my invisalign treatment two years ago. The experience has been excellent! Since the beginning, I was explained very well by Dr. Lee how the treatment would go and how long it would last. The staff is the kindest and the most welcoming. I was explained the cost of the treatment which was very reasonable compared to other providers. It is very easy to book appointments. The office is very clean and beautiful. I felt good every time I went there and always left happy considering the progress of my teeth. I started my treatment about three years ago and it was the best decision I’ve made. Everything that was being done was always explained to me. Their services are amazing. You are always greeted with the warmest welcomes and the best goodbyes. I could not be happier. Some say that Dr. Lee comes off harsh and dry but he is a professional. He is focused and does the treatment amazingly. You won’t regret coming here. Worth the money and the time!

My son has been coming here for 2.5 years. The service has always been friendly, warm, and welcoming. During the covid pandemic the safety measures and procedures have been top notch. I never felt uncomfortable to send my son for his treatments. My son's teeth look amazing and we are very happy overall. I highly recommend this place!!!

This is the best place to get a beautiful smile. My son had teeth growing wrong way and after less than 2 years of overall treatment he’s got the perfect smile by his teen age! Dr.Lee team is very professional and friendly, they never charged us above the agreed treatment plan no matter how many visits we had . Their office is always clean, neat and they follow all the precaution measures. 👌

Extremely satisfied with my experience at Braces and Smiles! I would definitely recommend Dr. Lee and his staff to anyone looking for an orthodontist. I began my treatment in 2018 and just recently got my braces removed. It was a longer process due to COVID but they were able to accommodate me and get me right back on my treatment plan. I heard a lot of very great things about Braces and Smiles and when I had to get braces I decided that I would give them a shot. From the first consultation all the way until I got my retainers, I have to say I am very impressed with how they handled and treated not only me but all their people that came to their clinic. The staff was always helpful and kind and the Doctor made sure to address and explain anything that I may have an issue with. The entire process was really smooth and easy. I didn’t have a single compliant abut this place and I would highly recommend anyone looking to get braces to give them a try and I promise you that you won’t be disappointed. They were always very thorough and it never felt like they were rushing you out, regardless of his crowded it would be. They made sure to take their time on everyone. Every during the pandemic, I feel like they handled it very well by following safety protocols and they did their best to help keep everyone safe. I will recommend anyone that I know needs braces, to this place and I’m happy I chose them.

If I could give this place a 10 star rating, I would. Dr. Lee and the entire staff at Braces and Smiles are true professionals. All of the staff members are always so welcoming and accommodating. Whenever I had a question, I would either call or email and they would always get back to me promptly with an answer. Even during the pandemic, when I had an unexpected infection, they were super responsive and advised me on what to do. There was never a problem I had that went unsolved! The office is also super clean and they take COVID safety precautions very seriously, which I appreciate.

Extremely professional and friendly staff. My son and daughter have been coming here for some time now. My son is very careless and often breaks his braces. Every time I call they are quick to respond and book him in for an appointment to have it fixed immediately. My daughter just got her phase 1 braces off and they look great. From the moment I walked into Braces and Smiles, Dr. Lee and his staff were extremely welcoming, kind, and accommodating. I was able to change my appointment whenever I needed to, even on a short notice. The office is clean and well maintained. This office and it’s staff is beyond amazing. My son have just completed his 1st phase of braces with Dr. Lee and his staff and I must say that we saw amazing results. Our journey began in April 2019 and we finally removed the braces last Thursday to see nothing but great work. We received a walk through by Dr. Lee and his staff on how the next phase will be and that’s with his retainers. We look forward to having more amazing results for the next 6 months. I will highly recommend Dr. Lee and his staff at Braces and Smiles to anyone who’s experiencing difficulties and need attention. My son has become so much more confident with his smile. From the beginning of my journey all the way to the end, my experience with Braces & Smiles was flawless. The staff goes over prices and works with you on payments and is upfront about everything that will happen throughout treatment (monthly payments, how you will be treated with the invisalign). Dr. Lee and his staff are thorough with answering questions from payments to questions regarding treatment. I just finished treatment almost a week ago and everyone cannot stop complimenting my new smile and I can't stop smiling! Thank you Braces & Smiles!!

I came in for a consultation and I have to say this is the best dental office I have ever visited. Dr. Lee was kind, thorough and took his time to explain the work I needed. The treatment coordinator, Evangelia, was also kind and answered every question I had regarding my financial contract. The office itself is bright and clean. The staff is very friendly. Braces & Smiles gave me an experience that I can brag about, especially when my smile is complimented. I just had my braces removed and the level of care & professionalism I received from my initial visit, through to my final appointment was consistent. Dr Lee & his whole staff are friendly, efficient & precise. I appreciated the attention to detail during appointments, and that any questions or concerns that I had were answered & addressed. The office is bright & clean. The staff is very efficient & I was surprised that I never had to wait more than about 5-10 minutes to be seen. Sometimes I was seen slightly before or exactly at my appointment time. This NEVER is the case at other dental or medical appointments lol. Scheduling & rescheduling appointments was easy & the office is very accommodating should you need to come in if something is broken or off with your braces.
Text reminders before appointments was a nice touch. Along with appointment reminder calls. I give Dr. Lee & the entire staff at Braces & Smiles 5 stars for the top quality care that I received! The staff here are so warm and professional. My appointments are always super efficient, there's hardly ever a wait time. Dr. Lee is very accommodating and does his best to give you the smile you want. He explains very thoroughly what the plan is. He always answers your questions and concerns. I visited Braces and Smiles for the first time in July 2018 and the service was so exceptional that I was immediately drawn in to complete my Invisalign experience with Dr. Lee. From the start, the staff was so welcoming and friendly and always eager to assist. The staff and Dr. Lee guided me through the entire process and always provided the most exceptional service and I never once had to wait too long to be attended. The office is always exceptionally clean which speaks a lot about the service. I am now finished with my process and I can only say that I couldn’t have chosen a better place because after only 13-14 months I now have the smile I only ever dreamed of and it couldn’t have been as easy without the help of Dr. Lee and his wonderful staff members.

I just simply love them. I first took my son, they took great care of him and his smile looks great. I then recommended my niece to go, and of course they also took good care of her. Cant wait to see her smile when she's all done. I then decided to go for myself and for every visit I go, each staff their are friendly and is very helpful when trying to make appointments. Daniel is one of my favorite, he understands me and knows what he is doing (not that anyone else doesn't know, they all amazing. I just got used to him). The Orthodontist is amazing, as well as his assistance. If I could recommend more people, I would. I'm so happy with this office, all is great. wouldn't want to change it. Thank you

Dr. Lee & staff are the best in the Queens area! When you walk into this office you are greeted with warm & friendly smiles! This office has state of the art technology and very efficient scheduling. It is also squeaky clean. Dr. Lee is a perfectionist & he's very honest in his treatment plan. Don't pay attention to any bad slandering review because to be quiet honest I don't think there's a better orthodontist in the New York Area other than Dr. Brian Lee. Furthermore, I came in for a consultation for my stepdaughter and she's already in treatment! Everyone here is amazing and makes you feel very comfortable! There's iPads and coloring for the kids so they won't get bored.

Being 36yrs old at the time I was quite conscious about the fact I needed to wear braces. It took many years of trying to convince myself to finally do this. I did go to many other orthodontist who told me I needed to remove teeth in order to straighten my over bite. In my case I didn’t see that was necessary due to the fact I had a lot of space and an overbite as well. I was referred by my niece who had Dr.Lee do her braces. So one day I summed up enough courage and went to the office, keeping in mind it was just a consultation.
I was greeted by a very friendly staff and inviting environment. I did my consult with Sabrina and she was very informative and I was convinced that moment it was in my best interest to do my treatment with Dr.Lee. He’s quite a perfectionist and very patient . Now that my treatment is over, I can wear my beautiful smile with confidence I h decided to have my daughter do her treatment here as well. This office is clean, welcoming, conveniently located next to the subway and very accommodating. The staff is amazing. They were very flexible with my schedule and always accommodating. Dr. Lee is the best Dr he takes care of his patients with all his heart. He works really quick with people. I would go in and out of my appointments. I love this place for my daughter! The staff is very friendly and wonderful! The office is very nice and clean. My daughter is done with her treatment this week. They removed her braces the other day. She lost her dental coverage a year after the treatment started but even though we have to pay out of pocket, we stayed in this office because I know that they will take care of my daughter properly.

I have no words to describe the outstanding service of Dr.Lee and his staff. This office has provided me with excellent service that I doubt I would have received anywhere else. From the super friendly staff to the remarkable doctor to the quick and easy procedures. Any problems that I had with my teeth was quickly resolved. Appointment making was always super quick, and easy. I have a busy schedule so I would need to reschedule last minute and they never complained. It was so convenient and I didn’t even realize when a year and a half went by. My visits were always so hassle free and enjoyable. I went to three other orthodontist offices and they all were overpriced. Braces and smiles provided me with the best service for the least. I would definitely recommend the Braces and Smiles team for anyone in need of braces. I have gotten countless compliments about my teeth and I cannot be happier.

After a horrible time with Invisalign ( I just did NOT like the maintenance it required eeecckkkkk ), I almost lost hope of having straight teeth. I was frustrated and didn't care any longer until Dr. Lee gave me an ultimatum; wear braces or no straight teeth. I was mortified and yet, it worked! I put all my worries on his hands and he worked his expertise. The results are BEAUTIFUL. Dr. Lee is professional and realistic. He will get you there. My journey was long and he was extremely patient with me on my constant rescheduling and late appointments because of how far I am but the travel was worth it. I've been a long time client and the staff is always so friendly and professional. The front desk girls are wonderful as are the assistants. The manager is a huge sweetheart and you can tell she truly cares for the satisfaction of the clients. I stayed for years for a valid reason. Thank you Braces and smiles!

I got metal braces from Dr. Lee. It was an amazing experience because I was 26 when I got my braces and was very nervous. Dr. Lee and his staff did a tremendous job. I had my braces for almost 2.5 years and never had any problem at the appointments. The wait time was reasonable. Also I got a gift card for referring a friend to them. Their service is unbeatable and I highly recommend Braces and smiles. Their name speaks for itself!

Some people accuse doctors are “only out to make money.” Not Dr. Lee. I initially sought the opinions of 2 orthodontists for my 14-year old and my 9-year old sons. The first orthodontist we went to wanted orthodontic treatment done ASAP on my 2 sons. However, with Dr. Lee, he explained that for my younger son, he may not benefit from early treatment as his jaw is still growing, so he asked me to bring my younger son for a follow up in a year. Moreover, my older son started getting orthodontic treatment with Dr. Lee for almost 2 years now. Dr. Lee is an exceptional orthodontist who is well-informed, friendly respectful, kind and great with kids. The waiting room is very appealing, serene and spotless. The staff is very professional, accommodating and efficient. They always greet you with a smile and a pleasant tone. Considering how busy the office is, wait time is very reasonable, and most of the time you don’t even have to wait at all.
